How do I book a consultation?
Book an appointment on our “Contact Us” page or call the shop any time! If you need to book within the next 48 hours, we recommend calling: 330.615.7195
What should I expect at my appointment?
- Appointments are scheduled to last 50 minutes.
- We start with 3 dresses (and try on more as we see what you do and don’t like).
- We suggest wearing a nude strapless bra to give you the best idea of how the gown will look on your wedding day.
- If you prefer modesty, feel free to wear comfortable leggings as well.
- We recommend sending a Facebook message or calling
We ask that you don’t wear heavy makeup (specifically foundation) to avoid staining the dresses.

When should I purchase my wedding dress?
We suggest ordering at least 10 months prior to your wedding. Designers can take anywhere from 4-8 months to deliver the dress, as all dresses are made and cut specifically to order. Then allow 8 weeks for alterations to be safe.

What sizes do you carry?
Our dress samples range in sizes 16-32 to ensure that you will have lots of options to try on. Many of our designs also allow for custom sizing upon placing your order.

Can I get a full refund?
Each ordered dress is made specifically to the bride ordering. This is why all sales are final and ineligible for refunds.

What is the price range of your dresses?
Our dresses range in price from $2,000-$4,000. We also have Sample Dresses at discounted rates.

What is a Sample Dress?
Sample Dresses are the dresses we have IN STORE. These can be bought off the rack and taken home same day. These sales are CASH ONLY.

Once I find my dress, how do I place an order?
First, we will take your measurements and determine size. All dresses must be paid in full before ordered.

What designers do you carry?
Currently we carry Allure Bridals, , EDDYK (Samples Only) and Casablanca Bridals.

Is there a difference between bridal sizing and regular sizing?
Yes! Bridal and formal sizes are a different set of measurements that tend to run small. Every designer’s sizing is different; on average, a bride can expect to add 2 sizes to her typical jean size. For example, a size 16 becomes size 20 – potentially a 22.

What else does the Flawless Bride carry?
In addition to our dresses, we carry veils, headpieces, bridal belts, earrings, and necklaces to help you accessorize your flawless gown!

Do you do alterations or custom sizing?
Many of our designers offer custom sizing options! Additionally, we’ve partnered with a local seamstress who, prior to opening her own business, worked with Vera Wang. She’s two doors down from The Flawless Bride, and can help you get the perfect fit!

What if my wedding is less than 10 months away?
Hope is not lost! We suggest 10+ months but have designers who offer multiple rush shipping options. We also have an "off the rack" sample sale selection that you can take home same day!
